Meet Our Team
Jacey Schnarr
Managing Partner
Founder & CEO at Butterfly Ethical Gifting, connecting corporate clients to small, diverse, and eco businesses. Sales leader with extensive experience working in corporate Canada, including 10 years at Eli Lilly Canada. At Lilly Jacey was a member of the DE&I team, was the Canadian lead for the LGBTQ+ ERG and worked with the global team on events and allyship campaigns. Jacey also led their national fundraising and volunteerism campaigns.
Jacey recently completed her certificate in the Leadership in Inclusion program at Centennial College. Butterfly donates 2% of all revenue to charity, and there Jacey met GEM (Girl’s E-mentorship), where she provides career and educational mentorship to girls at socioeconomic disadvantage and is part of the business and entrepreneurship committee.
Rose Genele
Managing Partner
Rose is a revenue and transformation executive with over 10 years of experience in operations. As CEO of The Opening Door, a revenue operations and transformation consultancy, Rose works with stakeholders to develop and implement efficient, technology-driven, optimization processes.
Rose is committed to advocacy for a more inclusive and equitable world, and specifically focuses on the intersection of inclusive leadership and the future of work. She is founder of The New Face of Inclusion, an inclusion and leadership social enterprise.
Rose is an International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP) member and co-chair of the Canadian Centre for Ethics and Corporate Policy. She is a 2024 nominee for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. Rose is also a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Business.
